All estimates provided by JC Paving Inc. are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting and may change if site conditions differ, access is limited, additional materials are needed, or the scope of work changes. A final written scope of work must be approved before scheduling begins.
Project timelines may shift due to rain, unsafe temperatures, equipment issues, supply delays, or other conditions outside of our control. If a delay happens, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you by phone, email, or SMS. Weather related scheduling changes do not qualify as a breach of agreement or create penalties against JC Paving Inc.
Certain projects require a deposit to secure labor, materials, and placement on our calendar. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We may accept checks, ACH, and approved credit card payments. Late payments may result in delays, additional fees, or withholding of future scheduling until the account is brought current.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible. Late cancellations may result in a service fee if labor, equipment, materials, or delivery time has already been committed to the job. Emergency situations and weather related issues will be handled reasonably and case by case.
